TVR is an iconic British brand and one of the last vehicle manufacturers to design and build a vehicle within the UK. The brand was founded 67 years ago by Trevor Wilkinson and since then has produced over 60 different models, they have a loyal fan base and their UK car club currently has over 6000 members meaning a sizeable captive audience who are eagerly awaiting the revival of TVR through branded product.
On 6th June 2013 it was announced that TVR had been sold to a British company with major plans for the brand. Having not released a car for over 9 years, TVR are roaring back into production.
TVR’s next car has promised to be:
True to TVR’s DNA and heritage
V8, front-engined with manual transmission & rear wheel drive
A two seat coupe/convertible
Breath-taking in appearance and performance
The new car has proven so popular that over 400 deposits have been received and 2017 production is now totally sold out, and that’s without an official design having been released!
